Proxy Borrowing

As an EKU faculty member you can designate an assistant(s) to check out library materials on your behalf. Your assistant(s) must be employed by the University and/or be a registered student before privileges will be authorized. The Library will grant proxy borrowing privileges to the assistant(s) for one academic year.

Furthermore, with this arrangement, you agree to be responsible for any materials borrowed on your behalf, including the return of all materials or the payment of replacement costs and processing fees for items that are lost or damaged.

If you would like to designate a proxy or proxies, please complete the Proxy Borrower Form or stop by the Main Desk to complete a paper copy. Keep in mind that a separate form should be completed for each proxy. Also, be sure to sign the form and provide a copy of your EKU ID to accompany the form.

Please allow at least 24 hours for proxy borrowing privileges to be activated.
