Problems with Off Campus Access
If you select a link to an online library resource and you get the following message, please copy and paste the error message into the chat window so we can fix the problem right away.
A MaxVirtualHosts error message means that off campus access to all library resources is blocked.
If you encounter a MaxVirtualHosts error message, please contact us so we can fix the problem as soon as possible.
Are you entering your login information correctly? Your login is your E-Key (EKU email username and password).
E-Key login examples:
- Student username (john_doe21)
- Faculty/Staff username (doej)
If this does not work, please contact IT to make sure your E-Key information is up to date.
If IT confirms that your E-Key information is accurate, and you are still having problems logging in from off campus, please contact us so we can troubleshoot this problem.
