Flood Receiving Local & National Recognition for "Grant's Final Victory"

Charles Bracelen Flood, a local history writer who completes most of his research from an office in the John Grant Crabbe Main Library, is receiving much attention for his most recent publication, Grant's Final Victory: Ulysses S. Grant's Heroic Last Year.  Flood will appear at Richmond's Hastings Entertainment (2193 Lantern Ridge Drive) on Saturday, December 3 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m..  Don't miss this opportunity to visit with the renowned author as well as have your book signed.  For your convenience, books will be available for sale.
