Faculty Study: Policy and Guidelines

The Library will provide private space for the purpose of study or research by EKU faculty and retired faculty.  Space for visiting scholars is approved by the Dean of Libraries. 

Guidelines:

• Circulation assigns spaces for the academic year on a first come, first serve basis.  At the end of each academic year, we will review the usage of the area.  Lack of use, as determined by the number of times the sign-in sheet is signed in the semester, may result in the loss of your space assignment. We require that you use the space at least three times per semester, a total of six times for the academic year.

• Any EKU Libraries materials that are stored in the space must be checked out to you.
